We need a p2p streaming application that can support multiple rtsp or mms streams. Streams will be fed at 300 to 500 Kbps and only one person will be feeding the streams to the application.

-Should be able to live streams with minimum delay
-Buffering should be minimized
-Support at least 10,000 viewers at a time
-Can handle multiple streams in mms or http format
-viewers should be able to watch through web site plug in (embedded)or
-Viewers should be able to download a player program (optional)
