Description:

I have a multi-page PDF document that I want to auto-fill online. I want to fill out a small form and have that data stored on a searchable DB and the output will auto-fill the selected PDF document. The multi-page contract is made up of other smaller documents. The fields are the same on all documents. I need these documents to append to each other to make-up the whole.

I will provide the pdf form (with fields) and the multi-page docs (with fields) The goal is to organize my process with a DB and put it online for easy access.

Here is what I need:

-A page with a form - pdf or whatever (name, address, etc)
-The form will have selections (radio buttons) for types of contract(s) to print/make
-PDF document to be auto-filled
-File name is the Address of the property (.pdf) when saved
-Ability to replace or update contracts (multi-page docs) from the backend
-Ability to search database
-Ability to change DB entries
-Ability to sort DB
-Ability to reprint contract from DB info

Background: I currently export data from a pdf form and import it into the pdf contract on my pc without a DB. I have software that produces the contracts, but I have to sign and initial all pages. What I do is sign and initial a blank document, convert to pdf, add fields and import data. It saves me a great deal of time, but it needs to be organized. BTW - I use cutePDF Pro for pdf manipulation.

One more thing - One of the fields is "fax number"
I need the option to email the final document(s) to the fax number. The "fax number" would be the subject and I will give you the address to send it to. This would also be a field in the DB so I can track when I sent a document.

I know there is somebody with experience in this sort of thing. Show me some of your past work.

Please look at what has already been done. The database works, but the pdf conversion is incomplete. I am pleased with the progress so-far, but it does me no good without functionality.
