Project:
1. Website with design, logo, business cards and company letter head etc.
2. website will have a forum
3. it will serve three functions
a. Function one: is a online program. it explains what this section is for and then if they like it, they can download a Free ebook function. Gather user data.(name, number, email (must be confirmed email, city, country. When we receive their data to download the free book, we will send out a automatic responder to their email account to ensure that their email is correct. When they open the mail, they have to click a link to download the book. (We might have to do this for the forum and whatever else you can think of.)
b.. Function two: Onsite program. Basically information that tells about the onsite program. Gather data.
c. Function three: Train the trainer program. Basic information about train the trainer program and a place to gather data etc.
4. Forum will be separated into 5 categories:
a. Online plan
b. Onsite plan
c. Train the Trainer plan
d. Meal plan
e. Workout plan
5. The main site will allow me to seek out partners and sponsors. For example, when I get a sponsor or partner, I will be able to upload their logo onto our website to announce they are sponsoring this initiative. For and idea look at the BOTTOM of these pages: www.communitycenter.cn/

I haven't decided how many category's of sponsors yet ie. Partner, gold, silver etc. yet but it will be similar to community center.
The main site will have a KPI built in the admin area. KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. This basically allows us or our team to input and track leads, lead information such as name, address, email, contact number, please see attachment named KPI. The KPI helps us track our progress in recruiting both sponsors and customers. It is essentially like a pipeline. Each KPI will allow infinite amount of users. For the KPI I want a user interface similar to the attachment “Call tracker 2.” On this interface, there will be links ie. Pipeline, Sales Process, Lead Tracker, Lead Detail. The lead tracker is especially important in that it provides a status report based on the color of the lead. (Page 5, tracking lead progress) For example: Lead in black color means they have not been contacted yet. Blue means they have been sold but their the money is not received yet. And red means they have been contacted but they have to be called back. The lead will turn red on the day we are to call back. Once a sale is made we have to send them a invoice or order form. We want to send it out with outlook express after the details have been input. (Page 6, sending an order confirmation)
We have to enable the main site admin to moniter or view the amount of sales per subsite. And we have to allow each subsite to monitor their own inhouse sales. (page 7)
Each site both main and subsite needs to be able to search their site for leads (see page 7 or 8)
Please review the Call tracker (Kamma software) document to understand the KPI.
I want this module to in each sites admin area under the link KPI. I will have master control to view each kpi per country, city, region, zip code etc.
6. There will be one main site and an infinite amount of subsites. For example, for each train the trainer plan, there will be another site. For example, I am admin, when someone from X country joins the Train the Trainer plan, he/she will get her own site that is a template of ours main site but is generated by admin. This will allow our representative who passes the criteria set out in the train the trainer plan to rep us in their region.
a. Each sub site will have the ability to seek out their own sponsors in their own regions and upload each sponsor them selves.
b. Each sub site will have their own KPI and performance tracker. Each site will be able to edit their own text ie. Contact info, about us etc. but the overall template and logo will be from same as the main site.
c. Each site will be able to capture data but all data will be sent to admin also.
d. Each site will be able to create or edit the site, emails in their own languages et.
e. This site will be able to be multi languages.
I will only pay after everything has been uploaded and tested. read my reviews and you will know why. Do not expect to get picked and then ask me to pay half or something like that.
This should be a challanging project with a good pay. Good luck!
Additional Info (Added 1/26/2009 at 23:16 EST)...I have viewed all of your bids, reviews and portfolio's. The result is that I will change the specs of the project a bit by using my own designer. This means, the winning bid will no longer have to design the website or logo. The developer who wins the project will be supplied with the design assets and will have to slice it accordingly.
If you are picked, you will start working on the back end of the project and when I get the design from the designer, you can integrate it as in the last step of the project.
As such, I will need all of you to adjust your bids as this makes the project less then originally expected and I will pick a one of you within 24 hours.
