When a person enters their info into the form, it needs to submit this information into a database or it needs to be placed in a format that a spreadsheet can use.
I also need the form to email the information it captures to a specific email address that i will setup.
Tell me how you plan on doing this, database or excel if you bid.

| HI I would like to prefer to store the etered information into database rather than excel sheet cause from any time you can convert it into your expected format as well as easy to manage. I have 4+ years experience on web application development as well as desktop application. I would like to suggest you that if you are planning to develop a datadriven system than use asp.net(C#) with RDBMS Sql server else PHP/MYSQL will be best. I am ready to complete your job.
