- Description: I am looking for a programmer to turn a PSD file into HTML. I will be providing the PSD.

I need it to be managed by wordpress. I also need a section so that people can give donations(It is literally going to be a button that i design and i just need it to redirect to paypal for donations, simple). I also want to be able to upload videos to the site also. If it can be done through Wordpress as well that would be great.
