We manage a travel company (Beta Site: www.seek-n-hide.com - Perl based). We are planning to develop a travel agency enterprise level software. The forms (UI) is ready with look-n-feel. The software contains a server unit (which talks to database on server) and a client unit running on multiple PC's and also across the internet. This is a hight security project. I am however looking for project teams based in Bangalore, India only as this will help in co-ordination as well as rapid development.
The company needs to be aware of traditional models of development (V-Model, Iterative Model). The parameters for success will be defined in terms of performance, bugs, and features.
