Registered member, including company and recruiter, should be able to comment/review/rate and reply-to job listings, and each other - jobseeker/recruiter/company
The admin should be able to manage all aspects of the comment/review/rating systems.
After you're done with this, I'd like you to develop the same system for open-realty (from open-realty.org)
