The project concerns extensive automation of time-consuming processes for a medical tourism agency in an exisitng Joomla 1.0.x environment.

In short it concerns: Dynamic form, centralized database, passing information to existing reservation systems, centralized calendar system automated SMS system.

We seek a serious developer, capable of setting up automation through an extensive (very) dynamic form, calendar system, reservation system and SMS portal

Current situation is that there is too much time involved in receiving and (manually) organizing patient information and patient wishes.

As can be seen on page 5 or our PDF document, the patient form should be scalable to a large extend. When developing, the developer should leave room for the site-admin to adjust all data. The entire project should also be developed with different user permissions in mind. There should be a (super)admin, this admin should be able to change/adjust everything. Next to that there should be roles built in for other administrators/managers that are allowed to look into the data that patients have filled in, but not adjust.

All should be managed in/through a centralized database and preferably through the Joomla system (an external administration system strictly for this system can be discussed) although the front end should be 100% Joomla friendly.

On page 6 and 7 of our PDF document you can see that based on entries in the dynamic form by the patient/visitor, data should be passed on to existing reservation systems.
