- Description: We need our current software redone. The front end is a huge mess. The database will have to stay the same.
We also wish to change the design and have an option to change languages. This will have to worked into the software. I have some good ideas on how to do this and will discus with the programmer picked.

I am looking for someone to start right away and be able to work 40 or more hours a week. Flat rate for the project or on a hr basis is fine. Payment will be made in installments as work progresses. You will need to be online while working.
