We use an on-line form processing to handle all of our form submissions (see www.webformbuddy.com). When customers order goods from us, they do this via form submission, which we receive as email formatted as htm code (see attached)

We then print this out and enter some of the data manually into Access via an entry form. I'd like to automate this. Some of the fields in the submitted htm can just be imported and mapped to their equivalent fields in Access (using validation), some will need re-formatting and tidying up, some will need maybe user responses. In particular, the customer name will need to search through our existing database, find a match, show the match on screen along with adresses, and ask the user if it's acceptable and then use it (or if not, search through for the next one).

the import code will probably be linked to a button on the form - in either a browse method or maybe importing the next available htm from a pre-determined folder.

Obviously the script will need a certain amount of error catching.

the project isn't urgent - would like it finished by the end of the month if possible.
