	Description:	Hollywood casting site similar to nerve.com dating site, combined with video “youtube” site functionality. Live features such as instant messaging and live video are not required. Must integrate with 3rd party payment gateways, and be coded in such a way that database and content can be stored on separate servers as the site grows. Features include: • Dating functionality, including emailing members • Profile galleries with Pics & Videos • User Pic/Video upload • Pic/Video approval on admin side • Meta tagging of Pic/Videos on admin side • Pics/Videos sortable by metatags • Video capture via webcam • Limits on Pics (#)/Videos (time) for non-subscribers • Points system for taking various actions such as emailing another user • Rating Pics/Videos (1-10 numerically or stars) • Sortable, expandable Pics/Video categories based on metatags (start with 3 categories, expandable to 10+) • Skinnable to add our own graphics/logos to the site template you build • Code protectable from copying, if possible Please provide links to sites you've developed and a time/cost estimate.
