We are looking for a programmer/designer to build our site. We will require ongoing changes as the site launches and evolves. We are looking for consultation of the best technologies to use throughout the process. We are looking for a bid based on the scope described below and an hourly rate moving forward.

Contributors create a contributor account with personal information. There will be a contributor portal that will display important stats and contributor account admin. Contributors can upload various data files and graphic files for sale to site clients. These files and graphics will be searchable on the main site and purchasable by customers. There will be ecommerce integration, with PayPal and the like, to debit the client and credit the site and the contributor account a definable royalty.

File Upload
The Contributor will upload the file. Upon upload completion the site will add it to the Contributors library. Depending on the type the uploaded file will require various information to describe it and aid the sire search engine.

Each file in the Contributors library will require the ability to select to publish/recall the file and update the file. Some “Files” will consist of multiple files and supporting files” but will be referred to singularly for simplicity.

The different file types are and the type specific info they require are:

Data Files – Name, Platform type (dropdown select), Price, Help File (uploaded as well)

Graphic Files – Name, Platform type (dropdown select), Price Thumbnail (uploaded as well)

Audio Files - Name, Platform type (dropdown select), Bitrate, Length, Price

We are looking for a flexible database to have the ability to track statistics and query as flexibly as possible.
