Complicated PHP from scratch

- Description: I need an investment site made from scratch.
It's a complicated script, so if you are not a professional programmer, please do not bid.
You need to create all of the followings:
- user registration, handling, modification scripts
- members area where people can check stats, earnings, referrals, etc
- implementation of the earnings model I figured out (this is a very hard project, 14 kinds of earning models are made by me, it's even hard to understand for first read, so will be very hard to program into PHP)
- admin area to check all members, add funds to accounts (all pay ins are processed manually), delete members, etc
Site must be in PHP. Database in mySQL
If you bid, please give me an estimated price for the bid, but after project is completely sent, please try to keep the bidded price, don't increase that.
