I require a new Joomla 1.5.9 template for my website.(Will be discussed)

My template design requirements:
- Must be UNIQUE and to suit my project requirements. (Will be discussed)
- Fully compatible IE7, Firefox 2+, Firefox 3, Flock 0.7+, Netscape, Safari, Opera 9.5, Chrome
- Delivered with source Adobe .PSD files.
- Joomla 1.5.9
- Template to be compatible with latest WEB2.0
- W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional. W3C CSS Valid
- The template will be copyrighted to me.
- You don't provide it in your portfolio.

Lowsted and capable candidate will be considered.
