I am looking to have a script created for me in PHP for finding expired domains & expiring domains that have google pagerank.

I have a PHP function written & working, but it is getting my IP address banned. I would like to hire someone who has made a working pagerank finder tool.

I will be obtaining 50 - 100 paid proxies to curl the pagerank lookups. However, very strange things are happening in th epagerank world. Such as when a domain is in expiring state, it seems google removes the pagerank. Also, after too many tries, I think around 1,000 lookups, google is banning my IP.

I would like to work with someone who has experience with this. Someone who knows what the limits are for looking up PR & what to do to find pagerank domains taht are expiring, but google has removed teh pagerank. It seems after the domain is registered again, the pagerank comes back immediately.

I have the lists of expiring domains, so that shouldn't be a problem. Just need to scan them precisely to find pagerank domains.
