    "The resumes page in Yahoo Hot jobs are built in 2 phases, currently we are using MS FrontPage need a software to convert the resumes accordingly. Bottom-line, all the hot jobs resumes are pasted in a folder and I run a script and all of them get converted in a specified directory.
