- Description: We need a programmer to create the following script workflow for secure login:
1. User clicks on an Employee Login button on an existing web page.
2. A login page opens and the user enters a username and password in the login form. This username and password would be the same as that used for the webmail login. The script temporarily saves the username/password.
3. A company news page opens. On this page is a text link to Employee Email. The user clicks on the link to their email.
4. The system remembers the username/password combination and opens the webmail page on the host server. The username and password are entered automatically into the login boxes on the webmail login page.
5. The user clicks on the Login button to open their personal email account.
This is an urgent project. Only programmers with php and mySQL experience please.
The website is hosted on Linux and the site is in final draft stage.Additional Info (Added 1/18/2009 at 10:45 EST)...Update - to clarify, the first step for the user is to enter his email login info on a form on a website page. This opens a SSL secure page on the website. The programmer needs to validate the user's email login info to open the website page.
On this 2nd website page the user must be able to click on a hyperlink to open the webmail login page and the user/pw info must be passed to that page to open webmail.
I am open to your suggestions for another workflow if the one I have outlined will not work or will require a major project. - Tags:
