I need a developer to develop software for use on a customised handheld device which will run either Linux, Windows CE or Windows Mobile.

The software will allow the user to capture real time data at the football match by tapping the screen. Information will then be sumerised for halftime presentation or print our report after the match.

Similar to digitalscout.com. The sport itself will not be competitive to Digitalscout.

Software will be bought upfront with an annual licence to continue use. Should also be compatible with Windows for printing and some data manipulation.

Not sure of the budget yet but will need to be very tight.
