Hello All,
I need a blog created on a new website that I am launching. It is an insurance website, and I need a programmer to use either wordpress or any recommended blog software to install a blog for me. So the blog URL will be either http://blog.mysite.com or http://mysite.com/blog
Here are the specific features that I must have:

I have been looking at several blog software with auto-publish features, and I was going to do this myself. Just installing the blog is easy, but what I mostly need a features to auto-publish my blog on blog websites. I don't want to screw it up or have headaches so I'm passing the job to someone who's done this before.
The main purpose of doing this is to help my website with Google PR. So once I make new posts on the blog, not only Google will immediately index, but the automatic PING process will get the new blogs posted on blog websites as well.

Secondly, I need a little customization of the blog design. I need a customized header on the blog to look just like the website. That should be very simple to do.
