The developer will need to create and customise the website. The admin section needs to be easy to use and provide full control to all aspects of the website. This will be an ongoing project with the addition of other bolt on functionality if all goes well.
functionality :
1. Video sharing site that supports the community through the distribution of video on the website.
2. The site helps the members of the community to find the required videos on the website easily.
3. The user can view the featured collections, popular videos, blogs, advertisements, browse & watch latest videos, upload
4. Search: here user can search for information regarding the site with the help of search tool box.
5. The new user can upload videos on the site by creating their account and filling the registration form details. The registered users can login with their username and password.
6. Videos: User can view the videos available on the site; browse them by categories/tags, sort by most popular/recent, switch to list view; click on the videos for its complete description and watch the video clip, go through the info of its updated, category, other similar sources; download them, share with friends/family/colleagues via email, social bookmarking, networking sites or others resources, embed the viewed video, report to it, read/post comments for the viewed videos.
7. Collections: browse by categories or groups, click on collections to view its details, watch the latest videos displayed/all videos, .
8. The registered user can upload videos, view and manage them, add/delete them, share link with friends/family; view/post blog messages, also can share videos on own blogs in different ways such as- with the site Embed feature or 'Share This' link feature.
9. Account: The registered users can view and manage their profile and other details; add/edit/delete and update info, change profile picture, collection name, delete/close account if no longer wish to continue with the site.
10. Help: this section provides information to the users about the site; user can read the answers provided to some common questions, if user's questions are not answered than they can go through the frequently asked questions for their answers to follow on a community forum
11. Contact the site for any questions/queries/info regarding the site by sending a message to the site representative.
12. The user can view about the site, terms of use, policy details, resources & principles. The users can post blog messages, view other posts.
13. Updated Blog with the lastest news feeds related to the project/community
