1. http://www.ezinearticles.com/
2. http://www.articlecity.com/
3. http://www.goarticles.com
It should allow me to enter a search keyword or author and give me a list of articles to download.
It should have ways to overcome IP block problem from the directory
It can be a php script or a .exe program
