- Description: I need a customer database created that can hold job and service information for each customer. The fields would inlcude:
Company - with a drop down box
Job # - empty field that can be data entered
Property Address - empty field that can be data entered
Bank - with a drop down box
Bid Service - emtpy field that can be data entered
Bid Amount - empty field that can be data entered
One Comment box that will fit a paragraph of information Amount - empty field that can be datat entered
Maintenance Start Date: empty field that can be data entered
I need 3 lines each containing the following:
Maintenance Type - Drop down box
Maintenance Start Date - Empty Field that can be data Entered
Maintenance $ Amount - Empty Field that can be data entered
I need 6 lines each containing the following:
Service - with a drop down box
Subcontractor - Empty field that can be data entered
Date Completed - Empty field that can be data entered
Bill Amount - Empty field that can be data entered
Invoice # - Empty field that can be data entered
Ideally sets of pictures would be able to upload to each record.
