- Description: You are bidding to design a website and optionally build it using XHTML/CSS. You could do just design or both design and XHTML/CSS.
The site itself will contain 18 pages, but you'd just have to create 5 unique pages (templates) and the rest will be based on those. The included Word document shows the precise guidelines.
I'd like to work with designers who can take constructive criticism and have an open policy on changes (please mention it when you bid). I expect to see different design alternatives before you proceed to actually build the site (Of course these can be just one page, not the whole site).
If you think your design skills are better than your XHTML/CSS skills, your bids are welcome too! Just mention DESIGN ONLY in the bid.
