It crawls Google's Andriod Market and allows viewing via a web browser instead of a handheld device running Andriod. Auto-updating when things on the market are updated
Needs to have comments/rating system with user authentication done by vbulletin (logged into vbulletin then logged into this)
Needs to have rss feed for updates to the market.
