I'm looking for an experienced php programmer to
help me part time to continually develop (as my budget allows)
an existing php membership site for musicians that I currently

The main developer I worked with on this project has taken a
full time offline job and doesn't have the time to continue.

I've had the opportunity to work with some excellent programmers
from India, Pakistan, Russia and surrounding areas but have found
the time zone difference to be a real problem. Please only post
a bid if you your from North America or have a closer time zone
to North America.

I'd like you to work with me over gmail chat and at the end of
work day I'll pay you your hourly rate for the hours you've
worked.

Some days might be a couple hours to six or seven depending on
your schedule and mine and something I'm flexible on. Also
by part time I only mean maybe a couple days a week.

When it comes to payment options I'm also flexible but
prefer to pay you by paypal.

I'm very familiar with most of the system and can help explain
how things work and where certain code is located.

I'm looking for someone who is willing to take some time to
learn how the overall system works.

This is a growing business and I'll have lots of work for
the right person in the future.

Also if you have flash/action script skills that's a huge asset
as well since I'm always doing work to the flash mp3 player as
well attached to the system.
