  • Description:
We're a PBS/NPR affiliate in Northeast PA. Our station has a Theater | Studio for which we often schedule events - mostly tickets are free.

We are looking for a (cheap, we are a nonprofit) module that will let people quickly and easily register for events - and allow our staff to track the number of reservations for each event in real-time.

We need some way (could be the system has room for a sentence or two of description, or allows for a link-back to the event's web page) to allow for more information on the event. Even if the title can be made a link, that's fine.

Sometimes, we have events we actually sell tickets for- if the system could be set up to securely capture CC info, that'd be great. Our in-house staff will process the cards manually.
    OR SIMPLY:
list them on the same page...but the "signups" for that would be forwarded to our online store software. THIS IS NOT CRITICAL - THIS IS NOT A MAIN PRIORITY.

To see the basic "Master" form we now use (main reasons for upgrade: No way to link-back to event descriptions and no way for staff to see how many signups for a particular event) go to the WVIA website

    Thanks
    Steve
