I need a codecharge developer to upgrade our site. I am able to pay per job/hour. I will need the scripts to be develop using codecharge 4.1. Upon completion, the sources of CC files to be provided to me.

1. I need a contact form that allows the user reach the owner without getting or seeing the owner's email. it is similar to the system that posting sites are using

2. Posts. Email system to allow publish (every new post new to be confirm using the link sent to the posters mailbox, edit or delete properties.

A. Publishing. After publish a new properties using our web form, the system should automatically send a email-link confirmation to the owners email.

B. Editing. Using the edit link from our web page, the system should send an email with link/links to the edit page. The system needs to send as many links as properties owned for that particular poster.

C. Deleting. The same system used for editing post but in this case to delete them.

The system should be able to generate this unique links in an secure environment. Only the owner of a post can access to this links over this email system.

3. Most popular items. I need to show a list with the most popular properties.

3. I need to generate static html pages for each property. Right now you get a php page after submitting a query. This is for SEO purposes.

4. Generate dynamic page's titles using variables (Property city,state and type). This values are stored in a Mysql database.

5. Optimize publishing form. I've been having problems with the dependent list-boxes.
