NOTE: THIS IS NOT A WEB APPLICATION. ITS A WINDOWS APPLICATION. I NEED THE SOURCE CODE WITH LICENSING FOR THIS APPLICATION.

Here is an Flow chat of how the application should work.
This application is based on Cricket.

Step 1:
Application loads

Step 2:
File - New (opens a new match)

1. Enter the match name
2. Enter the team

Save it.

Step 3:

File - Upload video

1. Select match name from previous entry.
2. Upload video

Step 4:

Video is available on screen

1. User should be able to select a part of a video and name that part as which player has played on that particular part of the video.

Here are some of the features necessary,

1. Player Vs Player ( Eg- sachin vs sourav, sachin vs mohd.yusuf, yusuf vs ponting, warne vs murali , Mcgrath vs Srinath )
2. Player Vs Team ( eg- Sachin vs Pakistan)
3. Team Vs Team ( eg- Ind- aus )
4. Bowler Vs Bowler ( for eg- Shoaib akthar vs mohd asif )
5. Bowler Vs Batsmen ( shoain vs sachin )
6. Vice-Versa ( No.5 & 6)
7. Wickets ----------on a click of a button ( eg- there s a button called wickets- by clicking that we should be able to get the videos of list of players we choose)
8. 1's,2's,3's,4's,5's,6's,7's, extras ( on click of a button of no.of singles,two's,3's we should be able to derive the videos separately)
9. Save & play in any format (It should ideally support any format of files, eg-wmv,avi,rm,etc)
10. Play mode, slow motion, fast forward, rewind, move video frame by frame (forward & backward) , cut video, etc.


I am not concerned about what programming language is used. I want this to work.
