Buysellads and Performancingads are sites similar to what I want.
They're both based on the Amazon AWS. So if you are not familiar with it then you probably won't be able to complete this task efficiently.
You must take the time to look at the site and it's features before bidding. You will basically be cloning the sites.
It's an ad marketplace with an integrated and searchable directory for publishers and advertisers.
ONLY experienced programmers (with work examples) that know how to write clean, well organized (and commented) code AND javascript banner serving need apply.
Any code, design, copyrights will be owned by me 100%
I will NOT pay in advance. All payments will be after the work is done. I do not want to pay another programmer and be waiting for months.
I will probably want to use my own design but that will be determined at a later date.
Need one login for advertising or publishing, don't want a double log in system.
Want to be able to have 728 x 90, 300 x 250, 468 x 60, 234 x 60 and 160 x 600. Plus text link ads, pop unders, etc. I want the system to be able to handle all current ad formats.
More payment options than PayPal are necessary. PayPal locks accounts for no reason and I can't have people having issues with PayPal.
Also a traffic exchange section
Where you can earn credits and use those earned credits to have your ad displayed on other publisher sites.
