"We require a script or software to automatically fill excel sheets based on resumes in a folder. The excel format may be different for different clients.. so have to go by certain keywords in the first row to see if that’s the row where the new data will be put. since there could be other macros in the excel, like filtering the people not talked to at top and remaining at bottom, or filter them according the the distance from the job location. Excel sheet filter, so that people who have not yet been talked to excel sheet should automatically fill in the miles column based on zip code. The CareerBuilder resumes do not post the email address's of the candidates but it pastes an image of the same so Excel should automatically covert images to text and put in email address column.
