we have a shop where people can order wallpapers in different varieties and from all books.

of course its impossible to add all wallpapers so we want a ticket system integrated into the system where people can give in what they want or looking for.

client can give in wallpaper number, from book, perhaps style or manufacturer

the system makes a uniique id and sent a message to the client with the id and questions about and same to the webmaster/owner.


they can log in adnd see the starus of their pre-order and answer from the webmaster/owner

i have seen this in oscommerce addons http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/936 an i guess this would be exact what i am looking for, only needs some extra row for the wallpapernumber etc.

font and style must fit the website. and if possible language controled because its not in english, so that i can translate
