I need this done fast:

Overview: I need an online tool that does the following.

1) Data is entered into a template to mirror requirements to post on such pages as twitter, digg, delicious, technorati etc. Posts to Mysql database. (I have a list of 15 sites).

2) Script Logins to social media sites and re-posts the data on the site.

3) Script checks for failed login, success posts.

4) script provides feedback on a user page that enables the user to repost unsucessfuls.

User Pages Required:
Admin: Create- suspend users and other normal functions. Admin can set how many login profiles a user has.
User: Create new post, see history, clone any old posts, delete old posts, reuse old posts.
User: Login Management: A user can create a master login or control the login information for each of the sites.
User: Profile management- a user can create a new set of logins for the 15 social media sites. When they post they can choose the login information they want to post with.

I would prefer this written in ruby on rails/mysql.



Additional Features Required:
Slow submit process: This is a dropdown box when the user create a new post. This allows the script to post to the 15 sites over a period of time. Drop down choices - (Now), (2 days) (3 days) (4 days) (5 days)

Random Submit: Submits the site to the random login profiles that are associated with the account.
