I'm looking to create a Real Estate website were Brokers can pay a membership to post their profiles and have Home sellers hire them, similar site to script lance, except that home sellers will post their properties and agents in that area code will be contacted automatically.
need to have reviews, subscription payments via paypal and a nice graphical interface.
Agents will also showcase their properties online for all to see as well.
This should be created 100% in Joomla 1.5 and using all available extensions/components to keep project's cost low.
