We are conducting an initial search for a company to create 1000 profiles for a new social site aimed at America, but it also includes Canada. As part of the project, the company personnel would include creating & adding to the forum rooms; adding friends, etc. They must be respectful and add value to the categories and various locations in America. Naturally, we'd like to have the project completed as quickly as possible, so those who have a larger employee group would be ideal.
Please be aware that this project may not begin until sometime in February. Our desire is to choose a qualified company and have them in place prior to the project launching.
What we will need from you is the approximate time needed to complete the project; how many people you intend to place on the project, the costs, and how much notification you need in advance to begin the project. We will pre-screen bidders and give those who qualify a link to the development for a better assessment of the project.
Milestones have always worked the best for us. In this case, each milestone could possibly consist of 250 profiles and the other duties. We would release the funds from escrow upon completion.
