Quality(of coding; performance) ,previous reviews(size; type of projects; rating) and price will be taken into consideration when I choose a bidder.I will also require sample sites, scripts for review; good technical documentation to go with the code.

I need someone who has already built a similar site or have a ready made script to sell( and i can look at demo sites before i finalise).
