	Description:	I want you to create the Demo of my project website where all the affiliates, that could be people or companies or websites and all are connected with. The basic idea now is to create the demo that will allow to show the clients how it will work. I have the template: http://demo.icetheme.com/index.php?template=it_thestore I just need to make the basic changes to make the demo of what you'll see on the attached file. The website will be a system that will work easily with the other affiliates. As a business it is based on nurturing an affiliate business where a commission is gained from all purchasers who initiated their search through the website. It will be a website “the one stop shop”. Special deals and bonus arrangements and competitions are designed to encourage loyalty to the site. It will be done in 3 phases but what I'm looking now is to do the 1st Phase 1st Phase - the DEMO You'll do the demo of the template but with the basic changes that I'll send it to you. In order to show the clients and affiliates how it will work. At this phase what matters is to show that this website will have the basic functionalities and how it is simple to navigate and to use. Later I will post the next phases I will only start them after complete the 1st one. Then I'll post the project again for those phases because I'll have to check if you did the 1st one 100% efficiently and if you are able to do the rest. I will only choose the programmer after you showing me your portfolio that proves experience on this field and after you giving me the samples about what you've done before like this, put them online in order to be able to see them.
