I need a script that will integrate into cPanel (users control panel) smoothly with the following features:

-Fully and smoothly integrates into cPanel! Sorry, I must stress this. (icon and all, please be familiar on how to do this).

-Two types of submissions (both should be detailed for the client):
a. Submits to the top search engines, and a bunch of the smaller ones. The more the better, but they should be good quality search engines.
b. Submits to directories, there should be a fair # (100+) of directories to submit to.

-Client should ONLY be able to submit their own site! Not any sites they want: there should be an option for me to enable/disable this :)

-All the basics (client fills in form with appropriate information)... form is specific to the type of submission the client does, search engine or directory.

-The script must not time out when doing the submissions, a progress bar would be optimal. Please let me know what you choose for this :)

-This script must be written well so it does not take much server resources while submitting! A must.

-A report should be generated outlining the success of the submission and e-mailed to the client after submission, or provided as a downloadable Excel/Word file. The report should contain information on what was submitted, time it took, etc.

-Some very basic documentation on this for me... just for future reference.
