i have posted this project here before but i am extremely unhappy with the work attitude/presentation of the programmer i picked. so hopefully, this time i will pick the right person.

here's what i want
1. redesign and code the website - i want the website in such a way that people WANT to provide their info and submit the contact form so that i can call them to provide my service. Other than that, i also want them to know that they can renew their insurace online. The website should look professional and clean, yet inviting and interesting

i do not want it done in dreamweaver etc. i prefer clean xhtml&css instead

2. make sure the website is xhtml and css VALIDATED

3. i want it to look GOOD in both Firefox3 and I.E6 and above

4. i will provide few images for the chosen programmer and you will have to incorporate the images in the website. additionally, if you think there are any relevant images that you want for the website, i am prepared to purchase them too.

HOWEVER, i will give PRIORITY to bidders who comes up with a mock up design
