Wanted is a programmer or group of programmers, prepared to create a generic web-based RPG script in PHP/MySQL, with an easy-to-use administration frontend.
Features required are as follows:

~Quest system
~Currency and shops
~Character stats that can be upgraded through play
~Multiple character classes, each with their own skill-tree and upgradable skills
~Items sorted into categories. Each category has a different usage (potions, equipment etc.)
~Character in profile appears different depending on which items are equipped (Each part of the body has a different graphic depending on what is being worn)
~Linear exploration, moving from one area to the next along a path that occasionally branches out
~Ability to add quest starting points to map areas
~Monster battles for each area with various chances of obtaining items and currency and catching them
~Training monsters/2-Player monster battles
~ Monster Equipment/Levels/Skills/Spells
~Community forum and clubs
~Option for premium subscription features
~2-Player head-to-head battle system
~User created shops and auctions
~Multiple towns to find, with their own quests
~Customizable user profiles
~Various class-specific items to equip and use
~Secure and reliable database capable of handling high traffic without corrupting
~Several mini-games such as a lottery, random gift, slot machine
~Random events
~Class promotions at certain levels to obtain new skills.
~Some more will be requested as ideas come along

Minor details depend on the limitations of the script and how it develops over time, however the above list gives a rough idea of the job size. Recycled script is not an issue so long as it does not infringe on any copyright laws. Graphics are not needed, just place-holder images and CSS.
Everything on the above list must be customizable, in terms of values, through an administration panel or documentation on where specific code is written and what to change.
