- Description: First of all, our deadline is very tight. it should complete in 1 - 2 days.
Now my need is to create matrix rating scale questions to existing survey. See attached sample file to view.
a. Create matrix rating questions (alter existing tables or create new table, if necessary)
b. Once we add rating questions in survey design page, we need to add in following pages
ex: Responses page
Actual survey page (preview)
Existing Survey module is in ASP.NET/VB and MySQL with Checkbox/Radio button/Text box/Drop down (Other option included).
It has view survey, create survey, edit survey, view responses features.
Winner will receive source code with mysql database (4 tables) to start "Create matrix rating scale" questions.
