Main Objective:

To have a site where companies (users) can pay to join and can send files (jpegs) to their clients (clients) for proofing.

Features:
*Ability for users to signup and pay via paypal

*users able to upload jpegs to send to their client

*once a user uploads a jpeg for proofing the site would send out an HTML(graphics) email letting the client know to log-on and review the jpeg

*users able to setup multiple clients in their account (email address, login info, possibly other contact info)

*users and clients can converse via the site about changes that need to be made to the jpegs, the dialog would be "attached" the jpeg so a user or client could review the dialog until that jpeg has been approved, after approval only the user could review the dialog unless they enable the client privileges to view the dialog

*users able to upload a revised jpeg to the same dialog (job) until the jpeg is approved. The revised jpegs and the original jpeg would remain for comparison until the jpeg is approved. Once a revised jpeg is uploaded the site would then again send out an HTML (graphics) email instructing the client to log-on once again and review the revised jpeg

*once approved a record would remain in the users account, for tracking and records.

*users able to manage records, deleting old information when needed

*ability for administrator (me) to limit users activity (certain number of uploads per month, etc.)
