Hi - I am looking for minor custom adjustments made for my new blog. I unknowingly hired an amateur to build my site www.newlifestylesecrets.com and it's close to what I want, but there are certain changes that need to be made:

1. The rollover on the menu titles on the home page seems fine, but when you click on any other menu item the RSS button on right side goes away and menu title area shrinks and the rollover goes into the frame below menu bar. It goes outside of the menu area, I want that adjusted so it does not roll into the frame below and the RSS button does not disappear as it does now.

2. I want google-ads installed.

3. I can't figure out how to manage the Recommended Blog roll and Archives list on side bar.

4. re- adjusting placement of footer menu

This project should be very easy for someone who knows what they are doing.
