I need a website designed. It just needs to be the design and be done in Photoshop as an image for the design purpose.

It must be very very good. If you are someone who makes average designs, this is NOT for you. This design must be the highest level of quality - industry standard. It must be extraordinary!

If you are up to standard, it is for an online auctions website. This website is very much already estrablished and very popular.
