I am representing my client who want to have a website for his business
that will go online.
Basically, we need some complete website like rakitan.com or bhinneka.com
But, we don't like the design nor the look of these both website.
Therefore, the nice, cool, and elegance design is one of our consideration.
Our project requirement are as follow :
1. It need to be made in PHP along with the MySQL database
2. Equipped with the feature for selecting multiple specification of product
into one final product along with its price
3. Equipped with feature for online trading / oscommerce
4. Nice, cool, and elegance design
5. Other basic feature that usually exist in website that support online
trading
6. You will have to explain each of our questions regarding project phase
7. You will have to provide a user manual in pdf format
8. You will have to install the website file into our webhosting server
9. Payment terms :
No escrow in front.

Half payment will be escrow when project is ready for beta testing and
will be release if only the file pass the beta testing

Another half payment will be escrow when website completely installed
in our server and will be released upon pass 2 weeks of real running test


10.You will have to provide sample of your previously work
11.Provider that provide a technical support will be a big plus
12.Easy to be contacted and replied our questions quickly
13.To show that you read and agree to our project requirement, please
