	Description:	The objective of this web site is to publish analysis of current news via an opinion editorial (op-ed) weekly site. Develop a news Op-Ed web site with 2 easy to use template pages from which all pages for the web site will be developed. The front page is the home page, showing the necessary tabs on the top. The Front page will always display the latest article and may continue on to a subsequent page. The tabs when clicked will go to a page that will be developed from the template of subsequent page. Older articles move to subsequent pages with links from the different tabs based on the tab context the topic of the article.
