I need a text editor designed that will allow me to upload 2 photos, a logo and a text document to my web sites. I need, however, for the 2 photos and the logo to auto populate to appear in certain postions on the document after I have uploaded them. I have attached a screen shot taken from another web site (www.businesswire.com), titled businesswire example that shows how their uploaded documents appear and I would like for mine to appear in a similar format. You will notice that the photo appears on the left side of the document in a special outlined area, if there are 2 photos, they would appear underneath each other and any text/photo caption, would appear under the respective photo. You will notice also that the logo appears at the top left of the document. Underneath the logo is the text of the document. This is how I would like all of the documents, photos and logos that I upload to appear and to appear in the same fonts.
If there are hyperlinks in the text document, I need them to be active in the uloaded document

I do have a current text editor and I have attached a screen shot of it titled; text editor screen shot. With this existing editor, however, I have to manually insert photos and logos and position them in the editor and they do not always format properly after they have been uploaded to the web site. You should also know that with my current text editor upload system, I am able to upload the samed document to 100 of my web sites that are cloned to look the same and I need to keep this function in place with any new text editor which is to be able to upload the same document to all web sites and the saem time.
