I am looking for a FAST turn around on this.

I need an email and saved notification workflow to the opportunity / application portion of the component.

Let me describe the process

1. Simplify front end of Submit Application page...the Only fields should be "Candidate Name", "Candidate Email Address", "Description", upload resume (only .doc accepted)

2. Create new field in back end which is the Contact for position.....it allows me to select one or more registered users (JoomlaContact as referred to below). Add new drop down field added called Status

-----now for work flow----

1. I post an "Opportunity" from back admin end


2. Registered person posts resume on front client and opportunity is set to status "Pending Resume Review"

3. JoomlaContact for position receives email with attached resume, Name of Candidate, Candidate Email, and description

4. When JoomlaContact logs in they can then choose new status of either "Resume Accepted - Sent to Hiring Manager" or "Resume Declined". Both of these statuses allow JoomlaContact to post a note as to this decision. The person who submitted the resume now receives an email with a notice of the status and note.

5. At any time the person who submitted the resume can log in to check status of resume and/or send a note to the JoomlaContact. They can ONLY see the candidates they personally have submitted.

6. If resume chosen for "Resume Accepted...." the next step for JoomlaContact is to choose next status of "Resume Declined by Hiring Manager" or "Resume Accepted by Hiring Manager", again a note will be included for each. An email with new status and note is to be sent to submitter.

7. If "Resume Accepted by Hiring Manager", then the next step is Scheduled Interview. There can be up to 10 "interviews" added/scheduled.

8. Last statuses are "Candidate Declined after Interview", "Candidate Hired!", then "Candidate Quit/Fired", all have notes which is sent to submitter.

All of the comments should be emailed as well as posted to the candidate file. After they are posted, the comments should not be editable so a history is kept. All comments should be saved with timestamp and the name of the person who made them.

The status drop down list must follow the flow described above....steps cannot be skipped.

Lastly, there should be a front end page where JoomlaContact can manage all submitted candidates....right now there is only a back end page.
