- Description: I'm looking for serious developers who can provide us with a webcam chat based on flash.
It needs to be able to receive commands from a php script.
It just look like 123flashchat but user can talk by the microphone in the room and only one user is given permission by admin, mod, or MC , whatever they call. If many users want to talk, they have to getline or put some sign to let admin know who first
(it works like Paltalk or http://chitchat.vuilen.com/VLMedia20090103_secure.swf )
I will develop the website myself and we need to communicate on a daily basis.
For just the chat part I'm willing to spend 500 to 700, if you want to develop front end (without design) I'm willing to go to a maximum of 1000 depending on your skill.
