    Need a graphic logo designed according to provided guidelines below:

    - Metal Shield containing text (two capital letter K's, back to back)

    - Shield to have two metal swords criss-crossing behind shield.

    - Metal objects are to be rendered to show metal texture.

    - Below the 2 Large k's, which should take up majority of shield, the names "KIPP" and "KULSVEEN" should read.

    * Note - please keep it somewhat simple as it will be used for various purposes, primarily business logo, however use your own artistic detail.
