| I have done this before, if you are interested PM me and I can share my work with you. The cost and time will depend which layout you like. The images as well as the text for the cover needs to be provided by you in high resolution (300 dpi min) as this will be a print job. The more choices you have in front of you the more difficult it gets to decide so better to see one at a time and then move on the the next one if that is not to your taste, that helps the designer too.
